Each unit is approximately 985 square feet of interior space, plus a small patio or porch, and has two generously sized bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own attached master bathroom. Each unit has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove and hood fan, built in dishwasher, and feature wood counter-tops and cabinets. Heating and cooling is with individual heat pumps for quiet, economical and convenient operation during all seasons. All apartments face a well lit and attractively landscaped parking lot. Apartments in the 600 through 1900 buildings have a second bathroom that is designed to accommodate full size (side by side) washers and dryers. The arrangement in buildings 100-500 is slightly different. The second bathroom has a full size tub and stackable washer/dryer hookup in a separate nook.
Tenants are responsible for electric service through Jones Onslow Electric Membership Corporation located on Western Boulevard. (Water and sewer service through the City of Jacksonville, cable tv and internet available through Time Warner Cable.)
All of the apartments rent for 6 or 12 months. (YOU MUST GIVE 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE WHEN YOU ARE READY TO VACATE.)The Security Deposit consists of a $250.00 deposit (based on credit) and a $45.00 administrative fee (non-refundable). There is a Non-Refundable fee of $50.00 to process your application and credit report payable at time of processing.
Pets, not to exceed 30 pounds full grown weight, may be authorized with written approval, payment of a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $300.00, and a monthly fee of $20.00 in addition to your rent.
While we may occasionally have units immediately available, a short waiting list may be experienced. If you decide you want to join us here at our community, it is recommended that you place a deposit as soon as possible so that a unit can be reserved for you, and hopefully, a better selection of choice of units for the time frame you want to move in.
