Each unit is approximately 900 square feet of interior space, plus a small patio or porch and has two generously sized bedrooms with one bathroom. Each unit has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove and hood fan and feature wood counter-tops and cabinets. Heating and cooling is with individual heat pumps for quiet, economical and convenient operation during all seasons. There are also hook ups for a side by side or stackable washer/dryer unit in each apartment.
All apartments lease for 6 or 12 months. (YOU MUST GIVE A 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE WHEN YOU ARE READY TO VACATE.) The lease includes: water and sewage, trash service, professional landscaping and lawn care. Tenants residing at Canterbury Hills are welcome to use the Ashley Park Apartment facilities, which include a laundry room, and tennis court,. During the summer months an inviting pool is available for resident's enjoyment. (Pool passes are required for pool use and are available at the Canterbury Hills office.) Tenants are responsible for electric service through Jones Onslow Electric Membership Corporation, located on Western Boulevard, and cable and/or internet service available through Time Warner Cable.
The Security Deposit consists of a $250.00 deposit (based on credit) and a $45.00 administrative fee (non-refundable). There is a Non-Refundable fee of $50.00 to process your application and credit report payable at time of processing.
Pets, not to exceed 30 pounds full grown weight, may be authorized with written approval, payment of a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $300.00, and a monthly fee of $20.00 in addition to your rent.
While we may occasionally have units immediately available, a short waiting list may be experienced. If you decide you want to join us here at our community, it is recommended that you place a deposit as soon as possible so that a unit can be reserved for you, and hopefully, a better selection of choice of units for the time frame you want to move in.
